1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item should not show any signs of wear or damage.
- Custom or personalized items, including engraved pieces, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once you receive your RA number, package your item securely, including all original packaging, receipts, and any other materials that were included with your order.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
- Gift cards and items purchased with gift cards are eligible for a refund, but gift cards themselves are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. We recommend contacting us first to discuss the exchange process.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or refund for defective items at no additional cost to you. Please provide us with clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage, along with your order details.
6. Warranties
All of our jewelry pieces are warranted for a Lifetime. If your item becomes defective due to craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
